Damien and his crew are absolutely the best at auto diagnostics and repair. My 1999 Mercedes E320 had 250,000 miles on it when I brought it to him. It meant a lot to me that Damien treated it with great respect and care. I think the biggest difference between Damien‘s shop and others in the area is he wants to get to know your plan for the car so further maintenance can be predicted. Galloping Gertie's Garage is the best garage I've ever taken a car to! They are honest, efficient, thorough, and skilled. The customer service I received from Galloping Gertie's Garage was impeccable. The shop owner is kind, organized, and really knows what he's doing. As long as we live in the Tacoma area, this is where my husband and I will be taking our cars to be repaired and maintained.
